Dr. Wyatt Wood chose Anthem, Arizona as the location for his orthodontic practice because he and his wife believe Anthem is a wonderful place to raise their two daughters and two sons.
Dr. Wood played tennis for Utah State University while studying Chemistry before attending the University of Nebraska dental school, where he graduated with highest distinction. Following dental school, Dr. Wood provided general dental services in Pocatello, Idaho before applying to The Ohio State University orthodontic residency program, where he received a Masters of Science and an orthodontic specialty certificate. He is currently a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association and the Arizona State Dental Association. He is also board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics, which is a distinction only a small percentage of orthodontists currently hold.
An avid outdoorsman, Dr. Wood loves to play tennis, golf, racquetball and hike in his spare time. And while Dr. Wood generally doesn’t like to toot his own horn, he feels confident in accepting any and all challenges in these sports.
